We are looking for a Scrum Master / Release Manager who can lead teams, improve processes, and ensure stable and predictable releases in a fast-growing environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Scrum Facilitation
- Leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Removing obstacles and ensuring smooth team collaboration
- Release Management
- Planning, coordinating, and managing software releases
- Overseeing version control, release schedules, and build status
- Task and Specification Management
- Creating and managing tasks based on BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and specifications provided by Product Managers
- Communication with PM, QA, developers, and stakeholders
- Control & Process Optimization
- Monitoring progress, managing risks and dependencies
- Improving Agile practices and internal processes
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Release Manager
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) – considered an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps processes
- Experience in fintech, payments, or banking – a strong plus
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent command of English
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
