Can I start using 10n Pay before I travel to Europe?

Yes. You can download the 10n Pay Wallet and start creating your account before you travel. Once you have your EU residence permit, send clear photos of the front and back from your registered email address to compliance@10npay.com. After approval, your EU account and IBAN will be activated.

When will I get my Visa cards?

Once card services are available in your account, you can request your Visa cards directly in the app. Your virtual card is issued instantly, and your physical cards are delivered to your address - for addresses in Bulgaria this usually takes under a week, and times vary by location elsewhere.

Do I need to speak Bulgarian?

No. Our app and support are fully in English. Simple and easy to use.

What if Bulgarian banks reject me?

We welcome all workers - from construction to IT. No minimum salary required.

Is my money safe?
