When asked, allow access to your camera.

For a passport, photograph the page with your photo and personal details.

For an identity card, you may need to photograph both the front and the back.

For a good photo:

• put the document on a flat surface;
• make sure all four corners are visible;
• use good light;
• avoid reflections;
• do not cover any part of the document with your fingers;
• make sure all text can be read.

If the app tells you that the photo is not good enough, take another photo.
